The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

4. Terms of delivery
We deliver free of charge worldwide.
We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not
possible to collect the goods yourself.


5. Payment
The following payment methods are available to you

Failure to lodge a complaint or to contact you has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.


8. Warranties and guarantees
All articles delivered by us can be returned up to 30 days after receipt by the deliverer and the value of the returned article can be exchanged for another or the money can be refunded.

An exchange after this period is excluded.

9. Discounts
Several discounts (e.g. discount codes) cannot be combined with one another. Only one discount can be used per order.


10. Liability
The above restrictions and shortened deadlines do not apply to

vicarious agents. We are always unrestrictedly liable:
